Abstract In the last years, new technical standards for assessment of energy efficiency building systems were developed by European Committee Standardization (CEN). These procedures conceived as to combine easiness calculation methodologies and their related assumptions with a sufficient level accuracy. While former objective is often achieved, latter challenging task sometimes fail simulate in proper way actual performance systems. On other hand, detailed applied dynamic simulation tools are more precise complex; however, application, they need wide range input data that hard collect. For this reason, simplified now commonly applied, above all case existing buildings.
